Lily's Nail & Spa Appointment Policy

Due to Covid 19 restrictors, we can only operate by appointment at this time. We understand you sometimes need to cancel your appointment. However, no-shows and last-minute cancellations have an impact on our business, individually and as a whole.
We respectfully ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment this allows us time to rebook that open time slot.
If a customer has several missed no show or last-minute cancellations, we will need to start requiring a deposit to book any future appointment.
For your protection, we ask that you do not bring valuables items or clothing inside the salon. We regret that we can not be responsible for any loss/theft or damages to personal articles, including but not limited to purses, clothing, jewelry, cell phones, laptop, etc,.
We use several products during our services that can cause permanent damage to your personal items such as Acetone, Polish, Wax, etc.

Policy

- No Refunds 

- For any reason you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within 3 days.

- We do not take Checks, and please do not add TIP to your Credit Card & Minimum Charge is $ 15.

- For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs.

- Please watch your personal belongings as we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
